Evaluation Center Log In
Your ONS profile username and password is required to access the Evaluation Center. Please log in with your ONS profile username and password using the box on the left.
If you have created a profile for an ONS Web site (such as the eSource) in the past, this system will use the same username and password. If you have not created a profile in the past, please create one using the link provided.
Continuing Nursing Education Tests
You may access CNE tests in two ways:
1. If you clicked on a link to take a CNE test and have landed on this page, please log in. You will be automatically directed to the CNE test.
2. If you would like to browse available CNE tests, please visit the CNE Listing page
upon logging in.
